The institutional Information Security Plan and testing schedule is available for viewing by contacting the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in the Office of Information Technology.  For security reasons the plan is not published directly on the website.

Luther Rice takes seriously data protection and your privacy.  Therefore, Luther Rice maintains and operates according to its published Information Security Policies, Information Security Program, and Incident Response Plan.  Included are the measures Luther Rice takes to protect personal information by identify items such as an Information Security Program Coordinator, data security risks, safeguards that are in place to adequately mitigate the risks, the periodic testing of the safeguards, and the procedure for reporting a data breach.

GDPR Compliance Statement

Luther Rice College and Seminary (LRCS) does not specifically target European Union (EU) citizens in any of its marketing efforts.  LRCS will provide a "best-effort" approach to honor the request of any EU or other citizen who requests to opt-out of marketing efforts, and, will honor the request of students who wish to "be forgotten."  Your personal information will never be sold, nor will it be shared with anyone outside of Luther Rice College & Seminary, unless we are compelled to do so by law.  When you use our services, we have access to your personal information.  Luther Rice does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about students or prospects to anyone, unless given specific permission by the student.
