Ron Cobb came to know Christ in the fall of 1972 during his sophomore year at the University of Alabama. Shortly thereafter he sensed God's call into pastoral ministry and focused his educational pursuits in that direction. Cobb served in pastoral ministry, primarily in Georgia, for twenty-two years before embarking on a ministry of discipleship counseling. Since the fall of 2000 he has been teaching Biblical Counseling and Pastoral Ministry courses at Luther Rice.
